Nonjudgmental, Identity-Affirmative Talk Therapy

4789 Vineland Ave.
Suite 205
Where there is life, there is struggle. Being alive means navigating multiple challenges, both big and small. At the same time, where there is life, there is hope, possibility, and triumph. I aim to provide a nonjudgmental, identity-affirming space for you to process your experiences and use your unique strengths to pursue what brings you meaning and joy.
Using modalities like CBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing, I have worked with clients navigating challenges related to anxiety (including social anxiety, health anxiety, and sexual anxiety), mild to moderate depression, relationships, shame, closeted identities, LGBTQ+ issues, and substance use. For clients who may benefit from specialized care outside of my training, I am happy to provide referrals.

Bio
As an associate clinical social worker with a background in psychological research, I am interested in how broader sociocultural contexts and research insights may inform therapeutic practice—while remaining most interested in your unique experiences and your perspectives about what helps you thrive. I believe that people, not therapists, are experts on themselves, and I hope to facilitate a supportive environment for you to tap into your own motivation and practice self-compassion.
