As a Counselor and Life Coach, Cheryl Gowin implements techniques based on Christian principles that offer support and guidance to individuals to reach wellness and/or obtain life goals. This process involves a series of confidential, one-on-one meetings designed to help people solve the issues negatively affecting their well-being and relationships. These issues include addiction, trauma, grief, depression, anger management, career choice, abuse, phobias, chronic pain, and relationship problems. Cheryl works with children, individuals, and couples.

Cheryl is working on her second career. She has moved from “C” level corporate management to counseling with a Masters Degree in Clinical Counseling from Liberty University. Cheryl has an undergraduate business degree from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of North Texas. Cheryl brings her life experience to individuals and couples and helps them work through their struggle with issues of daily life.
Cheryl is also on the Board of Celebration Women Appomattox.
