The Hudson Valley Center for Cognitive Therapy (HVCCT) is a specialty practice composed of doctoral-level psychologists who provide evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for children, adolescents, adults, and couples.

Our clinicians have extensive training and experience in CBT and related evidence-based approaches. We work with anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, insomnia, phobias, panic, social anxiety, body-focused repetitive behaviors, and a range of other emotional, behavioral, and health-related concerns.

We work collaboratively with clients to understand their individual needs and goals and to develop practical skills and strategies for lasting change. Our goal is to help clients feel better and stay better long after therapy ends.

HVCCT offers in-person therapy in Nyack, New York, as well as telehealth services.

Bio
Dr. Christine Ziegler is a licensed psychologist and founder of the Hudson Valley Center for Cognitive Therapy, which she established in 2001. She has extensive experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy to adults, adolescents, and children with anxiety, depression, OCD, and other emotional and behavioral concerns.

Dr. Ziegler takes a collaborative and practical approach to therapy, helping clients better understand the difficulties they are experiencing and develop skills and strategies they can use in their everyday lives. In addition to her clinical work, she works closely with the psychologists at HVCCT to help connect clients with a clinician whose experience and areas of specialization fit their needs.
