For Children, Adolescents, Adults, and Couples
421 North Highland Avenue
The Hudson Valley Center for Cognitive Therapy (HVCCT) is a specialty practice composed of doctoral-level psychologists who provide evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for children, adolescents, adults, and couples.
Our clinicians have extensive training and experience in CBT and related evidence-based approaches. We work with anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, insomnia, phobias, panic, social anxiety, body-focused repetitive behaviors, and a range of other emotional, behavioral, and health-related concerns.
We work collaboratively with clients to understand their individual needs and goals and to develop practical skills and strategies for lasting change. Our goal is to help clients feel better and stay better long after therapy ends.
HVCCT offers in-person therapy in Nyack, New York, as well as telehealth services.
