Don't Wait to Make the Changes You Desire
If you are looking for someone to help get you unstuck I have a variety of tools and techniques proven to help you make the changes you desire. I specialize in working with people struggling with life transitions, anxiety, depression, self-harm, relationship issues, family issues, parenting, positive self esteem, stress management, divorce and career issues. I believe counseling is a great resource for helping you to learn new skills. Counseling will provide you with a chance to develop greater self-insight and awareness so you can break old habits and develop new, healthy patterns in your life.
I provide therapy to individuals, couples and families. I have specialized training and experience in: biofeedback, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), coaching, mindfulness practices, play therapy, family systems, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and supporting people through the process of change.
My focus is on providing you with a safe, nonjudgmental and supportive place to explore your concerns in a deep and meaningful way. I work from a whole person, strengths-based approach. This means I focus on all of the aspects in your life and your unique inner strengths.

I received my Master of Arts from the University of St. Thomas. I have specialized training in DBT, Biofeedback and Play Therapy.
