I am a licensed professional counselor with over 10 years of experience providing counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults after receiving my Master of Arts in Counseling and Bachelors of Arts in Criminal Justice from Kean University. Currently, I am a doctoral student at Walden University. Certified in various areas in education, I have worked as a Special Education teacher and have extensive experience working with individuals on the Autism spectrum.
I will use a combination of techniques in the framework of the following; Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused, Mindfulness, Trauma-Informed, and Person-Centered with understanding the importance of the client playing an important role in his or her own recovery.
