I've been providing therapy since 2009 and have sought out extensive specialized training to be able to make sure that the experience I provide allows for you to not only reduce distressing feelings, but to improve your life beyond where you started. I've spent my entire career focused on working to solve the underlying problems that cause people to feel anxious, depressed, or overwhelmed.

I completed my doctorate in clinical psychology and a masters in human sexuality at Widener University in 2014 and then moved to NYC to pursue two years of intensive psychoanalytic post-doctoral training.

I'm passionate about therapy and connecting with people who take the step to show up to do this work because I have witnessed time and again over the last 12 years how impactful and life-changing this work is.

The experience of witnessing others realize how much they have changed from the process of therapy reminds me of how much we all need someone to help us to fully see ourselves and to have a space to make changes in our lives to get where we want to go.
