Couples Counseling Using the Gottman Therapy Method
Get tools to survive fights, affairs and poor communication.
You know something is wrong in your relationship if you're fighting all the time, calling each other names or you are not emotionally and physically intimate with each other. But you can survive affairs, learn how to communicate, and how to argue so you both win. I am a Level 3 Gottman Method therapist, trained to provide tools for couples to not only survive their marriage but to flourish in it.
Let me help you assess what's wrong and what's right in your relationship with the Gottman Relationship Checkup. This online evaluation is only offered to clients of therapists trained in Gottman Couples Therapy. It's very extensive and produces lots of information about the strengths and weakness of your relationship. Your first couples session will last an hour and a half long. The second session, I will meet with you individually. Thereafter, most sessions are one hour. It's been my experience that couples that are committed to the therapy process and their marriage can usually "graduate" in under ten sessions.
