Faith understands that coming to therapy may be a new or uncharted process, and that process may be difficult to start. With that in mind, Faith works with clients by having a positive, warm and genuine attitude that creates a safe and positive environment for one to be able to work through whatever barriers may be in one’s life. Faith believes that the basis of therapy is a strong client and counselor relationship, and therefore the path healing is through empathy and unconditional positive regard.

Faith received her Master’s of Science in Mental Health Counseling at Monmouth University in East Long Branch, NJ. She has worked with both individuals and in a group setting in the intensive outpatient setting working specifically with adults and older adults. She has worked with those struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar diagnosis, and those struggling with addiction. Faith has experience using Cognitive Behavioral therapies as well as Dialectical Behavioral therapies and combines them with existential theory to work with individuals on their true life goals. Faith additionally volunteers for youth in the community in peer-support grief and loss groups.
