LGBTQIA+ Affirmative Care & Co-Transition Support

GSRD (gender, sex, relationships, diversity) Specialist

4789 Vineland Street
205
106 W Mission Street
I am a Humanistic therapist who leads with empathy and specializes in LGBTQIA+ affirmative care, co-transition support, non-monogamy, GSRD (gender, sex, relationships, diversity), parasociality, and the unique mental health needs of celebrities or other entertainment industry professionals.

My clinical approach integrates narrative therapy, attachment work, nonviolent communication, and psychoeducation to help clients reclaim their voice, autonomy, and capacity for joy. I focus on dissolving power dynamics in the therapy room while centering intersectionality, antiracism, and body neutrality/positivity.

Education
I have completed extensive ongoing continuing education in LGBTQIA+ affirmative care, trauma and resilience in queer communities, sexual diversity and inclusive sex therapy, and trans and nonbinary wellness. I offer telehealth sessions throughout California and limited in-person sessions at LGBTQIA+ aligned practices in North Hollywood (supervised by Dr. Jose Guerra, LMFT - #50145) + in Santa Barbara (supervised by Jamie Fortin, LMFT - #136703). NoHo - I can accept any of the approved insurance providers listed at IPS. For Santa Barbara - OON, with sliding scale available!
Bio
My goal is to cultivate safe, collaborative, validating spaces for all Clients—especially those navigating queer, trans, gender-expansive, neurodivergent, and ethically non-monogamous identities.
