I am a Board Certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker was trained at educated at UCLA and have provided therapy for the past 21 years. My approach is authentic, down to earth, straightforward, and nonjudgmental. My specialty areas include depression and anxiety, grief and loss ( especially mother-loss ) and stress management. Other areas I focus on include midlife concerns, transition to college, and building self esteem and communication.
