Find Real Lasting Peace of Mind
Mindfulness: Learn the Skills to Be Present and Happy
If you are looking for a better way to manage stress, mindfulness practice is a real solution. Mindfulness is exploding in popularity because it works. Mindfulness means being in the present moment. Being in the present moment is where change happens
I enjoy working with individuals and couples who are looking for purpose and ways to find more meaning to their life.
Customized Couples therapy includes a 12-week program to bring intimacy and joy back into the relationship. Most couples say they feel misunderstood and frustrated in many of their interactions with their partner. The essential tools in the couples programs is learning how to forgive, let go of past resentments, effective communication and conflict resolution skills and regain sexual intimacy

Life experience has lead to know for myself that there is a solution to the problems that occur in our lives.
Relationships are the key to change. When we start with our relationship with ourself and stop blaming others, we are on the road to lasting change.
I am very intuitive and clients tells me I am a good listener as well as advocate for change.
I am an experienced meditator, practicing daily for 45 minutes since 2007. I have attended numerous 7-14 day Viipassana retreats and go to Spirit Rock at least once a month for day-long retreats.
