Movement First Physical Therapy was born out of a desire to break free from the traditional Physical Therapy model. We wanted to be able to spend more time with our patients and not have to juggle multiple patients at once. We wanted to focus on treatments that have been scientifically proven to be effective, rather than using a variety of passive machines or gadgets. And we wanted to empower our patients through active treatment and exercise to be able to self-manage their symptoms.
