Hello. My name is Reyno Acoba. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience. I specialize in working with healthcare professionals and caregivers develop positive coping skills to have a healthy balance between work and home life and to brainstorm ways to decrease stress and make time for relaxing activities in their lives. I work with individuals with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues ranging from depression, anxiety, marital issues, child-rearing issues, parenting support, and beyond. I provide a safe and comfortable environment where you can ventilate your problems. I am a great listener with a compassionate heart. My office is conveniently located in the Long Beach Area off the I-405 Freeway. My approach is to provide support and feedback to help you address and overcome personal life challenges. With compassion and understanding, I work with you to build on your strengths and attain the growth that you are committed to accomplishing. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each individual’s needs to attain the personal growth you’re striving for to address current life challenges and long-standing issues. Together as a team, we will examine your priorities in life and discover ways to capitalize on using your strengths and come up with solutions to utilize when daily stressors occur that prevent you from achieving your goals. If needed, I have very strong, well-established relationships with hospital staff in the Long Beach and Orange County Areas and can help you gain assistance with acquiring psychotropic medications to help you better manage your symptoms if you feel your difficult life situation is beyond your control.
