Rich Esposito, CAMS, MS, is a NYS Professional Counselor specializing in Anger Management by NAMA working with individuals, couples, family, and maintains a private practice in Cortlandt Manor.
With over 15 years experience as a counselor/therapist/lifecoach, and as a graduate of Long Island University and Purchase College specializing in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy in Education. He is currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among his areas of expertise are anger management, anxiety and depression along with life coaching. Rich has privately been trained in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy by nationally recognized and distinguished psychotherapist, Dr. Albert Ellis.
In addition to being a prominent relationship counselor, Rich has presented his work in the classroom, creating a course, in"Psychology in Literature". He spoke to general audiences speaking on the topics of anger management, depression, anxiety, bipolar, and many other issues people might come across.
