I *love* helping people heal themselves. My specialties are musculoskeletal dysfunction (neck, back, knees, etc), sleep, and stress disorders, but I treat everything from migraines to evicting overdue babies. My medical massage skills are a combination of advanced techniques. I use the neurological system to reset tight muscles, and release fascial adhesions, so it lasts longer than a typical massage. My acupuncture is extremely gentle: Most patients fall asleep during my treatments. I only see one patient at a time, and the session includes whatever combination of needles and bodywork are appropriate.

I used to be a bodybuilder & certified personal trainer. Following a serious car accident that left me crippled, I got into healthcare. Despite multiple doctors telling me I would be in agony the rest of my life, I have made a complete recovery without surgery. I work well with medical professionals and feel that integrated "Western" and "alternative" medicines provide the best care.
