I'm Tara Judelle, a yoga facilitator and co-creator of Embodied Flow™, a transformative approach to yoga that weaves hatha yoga, somatics, meditation, and tantric philosophy. With a background in language, theater, and film, my journey into yoga began over 30 years ago, culminating in a rich exploration of movement. Certified in the Anusara method and deeply influenced by Body-Mind Centering and the teachings of Sally Kempton and Carlos Pomeda, I've cultivated a style that encourages students to embody their full potential. From my time in Los Angeles to directing a retreat center in Bali and now traveling the world, my workshops, retreats, and teacher trainings foster a profound connection between movement and inner awareness, driving students towards liberation and joyous embodiment. My dedication to innovative teaching methods has helped me establish a voice in the evolution of yoga.
