With over 16 years of clinical experience, I specialize in helping men work through the challenges that often feel hardest to talk about—relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, work stress, and substance use. My approach is practical, supportive, and tailored to the unique pressures men face in today’s world. For 13 years, I served as a clinician with the Department of the Army and the Department of Veterans Affairs, where I worked extensively with service members, veterans, and their families on issues of resilience, trauma, and transition.
I know from both professional and personal experience how difficult it can be for men to reach out for help. That’s why I place the highest priority on building a safe, trusting, and judgment-free space where you can be honest, work through struggles, and find real solutions.
Whether you’re dealing with painful events, ongoing stress, or long-standing emotional difficulties, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity and strength.
