I have been in practice for over 11 years helping individuals and families with the issues that have disrupted their lives and are holding them back from living the full and happy life we all deserve. I use various forms of talk and expressive therapy with adults and children. I work with small children using play therapy, with older children I work with expressive art therapy and talk therapy. But, I like to add, there is no one size fits all methodology and I strive to be flexible, so we can find out what is most helpful for you, it is your therapy.

I have been trained as a life coach and educated with an MBA and have a variety of life experiences that might be helpful for you in planning the next step in your life.

Bio
I was raised in a Christian home in the Midwest, served in the US Navy until retiring, and worked in aerospace. Prior to retiring early I returned to college and finished an MBA with an emphasis in organizational behavior. I then completed an MA in Psychology and trained for and was certified as a Licenced Professional Counselor. I have been doing this work since 2002. I'd like to add, I feel this is a calling people have always confided in me, even as a child, now I believe I have the skill and the maturity to really make a difference.
My proudest work are my three adult children and grandchildren.
