My work incorporates a and non-pathological focus. I use Internal Family Systems Therapy, EMDR, HeartMath, Heart Rhythm Meditation and The Work of Byron Katie as major modalities. How I work helps the client to focus on healing and moving forward in life. I have a specialty in helping people with heart disease to heal emotionally and psychologically.

I have extensive training in Internal Family Systems Method and have also trained in Interpersonal Neurobiology. I continuously attend continuing education programs to keep abreast of the many changes occurring in the field of counseling and therapy, particular in the area of neuroscience.

I hold a Master's Degree in Physical Education with emphasis in Exercise Science and a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology. I have 30 plus years experience working in the field of Health, Fitness and Wellness including Cardiac Rehabilitation and 18 plus years working as a Psychotherapist.
