Erika is an LCSW who shows up with honesty, warmth, and a genuinely human presence. Her path into this work began on the client side of the therapy room, where the support and gentle challenges she received had a profound impact on her life. That experience inspired her to create a similar environment for others—one that feels grounding, supportive, and deeply connected. She understands that each person enters therapy with their own identity, history, and lived realities. As a white therapist, Erika is aware of the privilege she holds and is committed to ongoing learning, unlearning, and practicing in ways that are anti-racist and socially conscious. Her intention is to meet you without assumptions, to honor you experiences, and to make space for your truth.
