I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Grief Informed Professional providing online therapy to individuals in the Greater New Orleans area. My work focuses on supporting people navigating caregiver stress, bereavement, and end-of-life experiences—times when life can feel especially uncertain, overwhelming, or isolating.
Conversations about illness, dying, and grief deserve openness, honesty, and compassion. My role is not to rush the process or offer quick solutions, but to sit with you in whatever emotions arise and provide steady support during some of life’s most difficult transitions.
In therapy, I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe exploring complex emotions and experiences. Together we work to process grief, strengthen healthy coping skills, and reconnect with a sense of stability, self-worth, and direction. I believe healing happens when people feel truly heard, supported, and accepted.

I received my Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of New Orleans, with concentrations in Psychology, Sociology, and Health Promotion, and my Master of Social Work from Southern University at New Orleans. My education and clinical training have shaped a holistic understanding of the emotional, psychological, and relational impact of illness, caregiving, loss, and grief.
