With over 25 years of experience as a licensed psychologist, I help adults, adolescents, and first responders (and their families) navigate life’s toughest moments—including depression, grief, codependency, career burnout, anxiety, and emotional regulation challenges.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or ready to make a meaningful change, I offer a supportive space to gain clarity, build resilience, and reconnect with your core strengths.
I provide therapy in person in Sonoma and Marin Counties, as well as virtually throughout California.
