Kid's Creek is a specialized pediatric clinic located in the Johns Creek community of Suwanee, GA. We provide speech, occupational, physical, and feeding therapy.
We are excited to offer intensive PT services and are equipped with a UEU (Universal Exercises Unit/"cage" system). We also offer DMI therapy with PT.
Kid's Creek has served the families in our community since 2003. It is our vision to provide children and families with quality, results-oriented services.

We serve children from infants to adolescents in our clinic, in the home, and via teletherapy, and we offer educational support services to schools and daycare programs. Kid’s Creek is considered an early intervention specialist in autism treatment. Kid’s Creek carefully recruits the most experienced and respected therapists in the Atlanta metro area, placing special emphasis on people who demonstrate an innate ability to work effectively with special needs children. Growing steadily since 2004, Kid’s Creek has developed a reputation for results, responsiveness, and professionalism among local pediatricians and families.
Executive Director Melanie McGriff is a mother who truly understands the juggling act that parents face in getting the help their children need, so our clinic works to be as flexible and accommodating of parents as possible. It is the desire of Melanie’s heart as well as a mission of Kid’s Creek to not only be a place where your child’s therapy needs are met but also where your family’s needs are met.
