Supportive Therapy in English & Spanish
Emotional Wellness & Resilience
4789 Vineland Ave.
Suite 205
I am a bilingual Registered Psychological Associate providing therapy in English and Spanish under the supervision of a licensed psychologist. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their healing process.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic stress, life transitions, chronic pain, and adjustment difficulties related to injury, health, or emotional challenges. My approach is compassionate, culturally sensitive, and strengths-based, integrating evidence-based strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-informed interventions, psychoeducation, and supportive psychotherapy.
I believe therapy should be tailored to each person’s unique experiences, values, and goals. My goal is to help clients build resilience, improve coping skills, and move toward greater emotional well-being and quality of life.
