Are you ready to change your life? Any challenges you may be experiencing can be improved and you do not have to do it alone. My practice offers collaborative, supportive, safe, and client-centered therapy to meet your individual needs. Clients are given tools to help them effectively handling challenges, enhance personal relationships, and make better, healthier choices. The practice provides adult, child, adolescent and couples counseling. Some areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, women's issues, grief and loss, mood disorders, impulse-control issues, ADHD, technology/screen time dependence and overuse, self-esteem, behavioral concerns, and school-related challenges.
All individuals are capable and deserving of hope, and the opportunity to live a rewarding and fulfilling life. We will focus on your strengths and utilize a variety of methods best suited for you including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Theories, Solution-Focused Therapies, and Strength-Based Therapies.
