S.A.W. Wellness Space is a sanctuary for healing, restoration, and transformation. We help women and the community relax, detox, and reconnect with themselves through intentional wellness experiences designed to restore balance from the inside out.
Our services include body detox and physical renewal through Infrared Sauna Blanket sessions that help release toxins, burn calories, and promote deep sweating, along with Ionic Foot Detox sessions that support cleansing and internal balance.
We also focus on deep relaxation and stress relief with Zero Gravity Massage Chair sessions designed to relieve tension, improve circulation, and calm the nervous system.
For mind and spirit alignment, we offer guided meditation experiences that help quiet the mind and reconnect individuals with their inner selves in a peaceful and safe environment created for emotional and spiritual restoration.
