Where is the link here? Emotions are guides towards the shape of our light we carry inside of us. The bridge between emotions and genetics are directly and physically linked. The more we are able to observe and guide with Mindfulness Practices and techniques our emotions the more we can control our genetic code, our DNA, and what frequency we are choosing to resonate at, and how we choose to influence our Healthy Balance and Daily Mindful Living.

The gap between what we have known to be the physical, and what we have known to be ethereal was revealed in the Phantom Effect Studies. Our thoughts are maneuvered by the mind, and we do have control of how we respond or react to any given emotion we come across that arises within us. What emotions we allow our physical body to experience will allow us to gain more wellness and optimal health, or will brings us towards the opposite. Our genetics are highly malleable and shaped, in various percentages, by our emotional thought patterns. Our DNA is directly affected by the manner in which we respond to our emotional stimuli. This directly impacts how we communicate with others, react to situations, what health we bring on to ourselves, and the capacity at which we are able to operate as the most effective and efficient human being. This is about learning what the transhuman is capable of, we all have the choice.
