Keeping Our Bodies Clean and Healthy
Lately, many of my patients have been complaining about feeling tired, gaining weight they’re unable to loose, experiencing headaches, memory loss, lethargy, allergies and chronic pain.

Many of these symptoms can be linked to the wide-ranging toxins in our environment. These are substances we’re absorbing from the air we breathe, the foods we eat, the water we drink, the products we use on our skin, clean our house with and the pesticides we use in and outside of our house and work places.

While we can’t avoid all of these chemicals, we can start by being more conscious of the products we use.

Begin by eating foods that are locally grown and buy organic and non-gmo whenever possible. Better yet, grow your own food.

Use a water filter for both drinking and in the shower.

Use an air filter.

Apply skin products that use only natural ingredients.

Clean with natural cleaning products or make your own*.

If you need to spray your home for insects, look for companies that offer a cleaner, more natural insect repellent.

Lastly, we must also avoid toxic emotions. Watch yourself, when you start to think, feel or speak negatively.

The healthier we are on the inside, the easier we can prevent absorbing harmful chemicals from our environment.

*Recipe for non-toxic cleaning product:
Mix ½ cup vinegar and ¼ cup baking soda into ½ gallon water.
Can store and keep.
