Overcoming Anxiety

The root of anxiety is fear. God knows we will expereince fear leading to anxiety and worry. One of His solutions is to get a Bible. Find Psalm 23. Memorize it. Repeat it three times a day for 21 days placing empasis on different words in each verse each time it is recited. Notice the benefits at the end of 3 weeks. You will experience less anxiety, fewer symptoms of depression, higher self-esteem, and a closeness to Jesus Christ.
