I have over 20 years experience as a Psychotherapist and Counselor as well as additional training in Psychosynthesis (Transpersonal Psychology), EMDR, Hypnosis and NLP. I am also a Reiki Master and trained in other energy modalities including sound healing and have found energy work to be extremely effective as an adjunct to Psychotherapy. Each person is unique and I have found that different modalities can help individuals heal more quickly on a deeper level. Working with you I draw upon my experience, education and my own spiritual and contemplative practices to help you clear away blocks from the past and discover and live from your true self.
