I am a Reiki Master, Certified Sound Healer (trained by Tom Kenyon) and trained in Cranial Sacral Therapy. I use these and other energetic modalities to intuitively provide energetic assistance to help you connect to your true self where healing of the body, mind and spirit can occur. During a session you will lie on a massage table fully clothed and I will hold my hands above your body or touch you lightly allowing the energy to flow thru me and help balance your energy. I also use sound (toning) and my breath and people often experience the release of past emotions and report feeling more peaceful.
