Guidance for Growing is a flexible, comprehensive, integrative wellness practice offering a variety of health and wellness services. Based on an individual’s goals – and without using trendy self-help “secrets” – we work with a client to find out what’s going to be best for his or her unique situation. We provide support, empowerment, accountability, education, insight, counsel and resources for people who are ready for change. Working with several different therapies allows us to better identify and discuss areas of concern and opportunities for growth. Guidance for Growing provides the following: * Mental health therapy and counseling * Health counseling and coaching * Problem and addiction therapy * Fitness training programming * Group education programs, workshops and seminars (We're state-licensed to provide outpatient assessment, treatment, and intervention for alcohol and other drug use.)
