Help Me Speak, LLC is the premier private practice in western Howard County! We are a family centered practice that encourages parent involvement. Our training is current with the latest innovative methods & techniques. We specialize in evaluating & treating kids with apraxia, autism, &/or eating challenges. Also, we provide services for clients with: Down syndrome, CP, articulation errors, tongue thrust, myofunctional disorders, language learning disorders, stuttering, developmental delays, genetic &/or neurological disorders & more. Our SLPs are trained in PROMPT, structured oral placement exercises (Talk Tools), Beckman stretches, Kaufman techniques, Fast ForWord, our Help Me Eat/Eating Stars program, Food Chaining, The Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding, Rhythmic Entrainment Intervention (REI), Interactive Metronome (IM), Suzanne Evans Morris' mealtimes strategies, & a variety of traditional therapy approaches. Our clinic boasts 4 treatment rooms, 2way observation mirrors, a sensory motor room, a kitchen, a separate client bathroom, a waiting area, observation monitors, & a loaded toy/ therapy supply closet. Siblings are welcome to play in the waiting area during therapy sessions. Our clinic is handicapped accessible. Additional available services include expert participation at IEP meetings, expert testimony during due process hearings, & school observations. Customized evaluations & intensive therapy programs for distance clients are available. Help Me Speak, LLC provides their clients with individualized therapy sessions in a structured, yet comfortable environment.
