I hold a Master's degree in Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Before becoming a therapist, I had a successful career in business. I work with people of all ages to help them overcome challenges, strengthen relationships, change unhelpful patterns, and achieve healing and growth through all stages of life. I can help you identify and address the underlying factors that may be getting in the way of having the life you imagine. I have specialized experience working with children and teens, and with parents at all stages of the parenting journey. Additionally, I am a Certified Breakthrough Parenting Instructor. Whether you are a parent struggling with your young child's emotional or behavioral issues, navigating the challenging teen years, a couple with differing parenting styles who need some help finding common ground, newly divorced parents struggling to put aside your hurt and anger to effectively co-parent with your former spouse, or parents of adult children facing an empty-nest or struggling with an adult child's failure to launch, substance abuse and/or mental illness - I can help. I am the mother of two grown sons and have faced many of the same parenting challenges you might now be facing. I offer a gentle, supportive, and non-judgmental approach to therapy.
