I utilize mindfulness and acceptance strategies in conjunction with cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral techniques. I am further certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and most enjoy working with clients to transform painful emotions and experiences into opportunities for healing and growth.
