Senior Support Network provides one on one individual therapy, family support, and memory care to older adults residing in assisted living communities. We take great pride in our unique ability to provide the right combination of experience, training, and personal compatibility to match the needs of each individual client and community. Our interdisciplinary team consists of Licensed Social Workers, Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Psychologists. We provide a collaborative and comprehensive approach to assessment, treatment planning, service coordination, and advocacy for residents and their families. Our clinicians are compassionate and encouraging, but most importantly they are respectful of the unique concerns and issues experienced by older adults and their caregivers. Specializing in the areas of geriatrics, mental health, and memory functioning, our clinicians offer assistance to older adults and their families in managing the challenges associated with the aging process, the loss of independence, and other major life changes.
