Sometimes you just sit there and think, “Where did I go wrong?” or “How did we end up like this?” You want to be a support and help your child while also setting appropriate boundaries and providing a good example. I help parents connect with their children and bridge the gap in communication. Children and adolescents tend to feel misunderstood by adults, especially their parents. My specialty is assisting in creating that understanding relationship, while also allowing parents to maintain the appropriate boundaries necessary to allow their children to thrive.
