Everyone needs a neutral person to help support and guide them through life’s challenges, transitions and hurdles. I believe the most important aspect of therapy is having a trusting, nonjudgmental, and compassionate relationship with your therapist; therapy should feel safe, and provide you relief. I offer a safe space to share your true self, while learning tools to manage the obstacles in your life. I am trained in trauma work and use EMDR therapy as one of my approaches. I also provided clinical supervision for ASW who are looking to become a therapist.
