Elisabeth Coffey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey. She frequently works with professionals, many of whom have difficulty putting down their jobs and careers when it comes to building and enjoying their personal lives. She understands that the work-life balance is very important when determining how to live the life you want, and working on living a life in line with your personal values rather than continuing along with comfortable and established routines can be challenging. She will help you sift through all of the things keeping you too busy to work on changing anything and help you figure out where you can afford to pull back and want to.
Elisabeth has an office in Florham Park, NJ but can also see patients remotely. It is her goal to listen to clients, understand where they're coming from, and enable them to understand themselves, what they want that they don't have, and identify what is preventing them from achieving their goals.
Elisabeth realizes that there is much distraction from what we are feeling that it is nice to schedule a time and place once a week to allow for our feelings. She strives to provide a safe place to experience those feelings and work through them. She looks forward to helping you create meaning by putting everything into words and seeing the gifts in every experience and how they have shaped you into who you are.
Elisabeth has over 20 years of experience working with adolescents and families. She is licensed as an alcohol and drug counseling specialist.
