I am a Humanistic therapist who leads with empathy and specializes in LGBTQIA+ affirmative care, co-transition support, non-monogamy, GSRD (gender, sex, relationships, diversity), parasociality, and the unique mental health needs of celebrities or other entertainment industry professionals. My clinical approach integrates narrative therapy, attachment work, nonviolent communication, and psychoeducation to help clients reclaim their voice, autonomy, and capacity for joy. I focus on dissolving power dynamics in the therapy room while centering intersectionality, antiracism, and body neutrality/positivity.
