In my private practice I seek to create a warm and caring place for you to strengthen your self-confidence and develop skills that enhance your personal growth. I view therapy as a guided process of self-discovery. The therapuetic approach is determined by your needs and is strength based. The process is guided by the belief that you already possess the ability to make things better. It takes courage to reach out to a professional therapist. My style is down-to-earth and emphasizes supportive listening so that you feel understood.
