I offer a holistic practice utilizing over eighteen years of counseling, art therapy, and energy medicine skills to help individuals recover resiliency from trauma, manage chronic mental health and physical health issues, build self esteem and self empowerment to create the life you want. I have worked with youth, individuals, couples, families, and groups offering support in learning how to overcome life and relationship issues. I offer face-to-face counseling, art therapy, and energy medicine sessions. I am also available for phone consults and long-distance energy healing sessions. I will provide group sessions at my Lakewood office or for groups of five or more at your location in the general area of Denver, Colorado. I also offering speaking engagements to local businesses on self-empowerment and healing.
