Life is a series of adjustments... it is normal to get stuck at points along the way. Most of my clients are regular people just like you and me whose Life has gotten too far out of balance. I have learned through my years of practice how to facilitate the rebalancing and, even more importantly, how to help clients learn the lessons inherent in their crisis. I have been practicing at the same location for over 20 years. I am involved in the training and supervision of other therapists in both EMDR and Internal Family Systems.
