I specialize in designing functional exercise programs that address postural needs, as well as athletic/life needs. I work with individuals of all levels, and have experience with post rehabilitation needs following low back, hip, knee, and shoulder surgery. I focus on a neutral spine, and increasing flexibility and strength based on the individual's strengths, weaknesses, and pain patterns. I also lead workshops teaching new trainers how to effectively design functional training programs in a hands on, practical format.
