I try to help individuals who have become stuck in their lives, or couples/families who have become trapped in the "dances" they do together, find the freedom, strength and trust to move once again. I work with individuals, couples, and families of all ages, races, cultures and orientations. Each treatment is individually tailored to the particular patient or family. My specialties are in couples and relationship work, parenting and family dynamics, directional confusion, anxiety, depression, and loneliness, as well as in many other areas.
