Life can be intensely painful if you feel alone or disconnected, but you do not have to make this journey alone. As a psychotherapist, I am committed to supporting individuals, families, and couples who are going through challenging life transitions. Such transitions can be extremely difficult, but can also lead to personal and interpersonal growth; positive and healthy change is possible, sometimes we just need a little extra push.
We take on many roles in our lives and participate in many types of relationships as children, parents, siblings, friends, coworkers, and/or partners. These relationships are not always easy, and we may find ourselves in conflict with others and/or ourselves.
Whether you are looking for short-term solutions for specific issues or a long-term therapeutic journey to explore yourself and your relationships deeper, I can offer a welcoming and supportive space for you. Either alone or with a partner, child, or parent, therapy will give you the environment to work on understanding and relating to others and yourself. The relationship with ourselves should not be underestimated or undervalued in this process.
