ChaseFit is personal training that is completely individualized for each client based solely on his/her needs and goals. Chase works closely with her clients focusing on form and technique. Clients not only benefit from her instruction in her studio, but they are able to take what they have learned and feel confident and knowledgeable enough to workout in their home or at the local gym.
ChaseFit is located in The Marston Center in Lacey, a small office building comprised of many and various wellness professionals. There is plenty of parking, and her studio is private and non-intimidating.
