Harbor Crest Counseling is a counseling, psychotherapy and hypnosis practice located in Rockland County, New York. We work with children, adolescents and adults to help them reach their goals. We recently introduced the Virtual Gastric Band Hypnosis program and had excellent results. The process, developed in the United Kingdom has proven highly effective in trials there, and in the United States by myself and others throughout the country. The Clean Break Stop Smoking Hypnosis program has also been well received. Both programs help people to help themselves to becoming healthier and feeling better about themselves.
