I am a giver and see myself as a channel for love. I want to help others SEE themselves. I want people to realize who they are and then love that person. My private yoga sessions are geared to the student who wants to expand their body as well as their heart. Each practice is uniquely designed to help each person grow from the inside out. Individual private sessions are typically one hour and small group prices are available. Currently I am only serving the North Orange County area.
