I work closely with each client to develop an individualized plan leading to increased insight and personal fulfillment. I have a strong background and training in both dialectical behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapy. I have special expertise in treating eating disorders, personality disorders, compulsive behavior, and infertility/pregnancy loss as well as anxiety, depression and relationship issues. I see adults, adolescents, couples, and families. I utilize an integrative approach to address each client's individual needs, targeting immediate concerns first. I also provide longer term psychotherapy to help clients break out of self-defeating patterns and reach their potential. I am co-director of Lakeview Center for Psychotherapy, where we provide individual, DBT, couples and group therapy to adults, adolescents, and children. We have a psychiatrist and a nutritionist.
